As shown in testing, the inner polystyrene layer remains unaffected by extreme heat, thanks to the protective outer shell. This makes our block ideal for energy-efficient buildings, helping to regulate indoor temperatures and reduce energy costs.

Uses & Applications
Coated Beads are ultra‑lightweight, pre‑coated recycled EPS (expanded polystyrene) aggregates, 2 – 6 mm in size. The proprietary coating keeps the beads uniformly dispersed in water‑cement mixes and enables pumping over long distances even at very low densities.
Void filling and surface levelling
Screeds ≥ 50 mm (including insulating bases for under‑floor heating)
