Product range
Lightweight masonry concrete blocks are manufactured by adding pre-coated recycled EPS beads, sand and cementitious compounds to produce a lightweight durable building block with very good fire resistance, resistance to water penetration, and improved thermal and acoustic properties.
  • M-Range Building Block
    M-range blocks are used for residential housing projects as load bearing walls. These solid blocks are manufactured to SANS 10400-K masonry unit sizes. The blocks are quick and easy to install using standard building practices and can replace conventional bricks and blocks in most applications. No specialist training required.
  • Max Building Block
    Max building blocks are used as infill walling to existing and new multilevel buildings where walling weights are required to be as low as possible. These blocks are well suited to replace drywall as a cost effective solution as they offer a 120min SABS fire rating. This is the largest block we manufacture and at only 5.5 blocks per square meter the walls are installed quickly, saving time and manpower.
  • Walling Panels
    These lightweight concrete pre-cast slabs and panels are use for both suspended floors and as internal and external wall cladding for lightweight steel frame structures. These affordable flooring and walling panels offer quick installation and great fire protection. A cost effective alternative to OSB and gypsum boards.
